Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are entering the final months of intensive work this year, but we are not slowing down! Although much has already been achieved, we still face many challenges and ambitious tasks ahead. The past months have been rich in implementing improvements that bring us closer to achieving our shared goals and further enhancing the handling of your orders.
We are proud to announce that, after months of preparations and hard work, Prespack is now operating in a modern production space equipped with an advanced cooling chamber with a capacity for up to 300 pallets. This is a key development step, allowing us to work more efficiently and positively impacting our collaboration with our clients.
In October, we participated in the CPHI trade fair in Milan. More meetings are scheduled for November and January – we would be honored to meet you in person at the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Congress in Żnin, as well as at the Pharmapack fair in Paris.
Additionally, we are continually working to improve the convenience of our collaboration. Soon, we will be launching a Customer Panel, a tool designed for your convenience and transparency in processes. We are also reinstating shorter lead times for orders, ensuring even faster service.
