Next stages of implementing CLOUDFLOW® at Preston Packaging
Some of you, our customers, have probably already received the Customer Data Survey to fill out. All the information provided by you will be entered into the Customer Data Platform (CDP), which is a crucial step in implementing CLOUDFLOW® as the received responses will allow us to ensure the highest level of collaboration. CDP is a knowledge base about the customer, including contacts, accounting requirements, ordered products, production specifications, required certifications from the Quality Assurance and Control Department, and logistical aspects.
Ensuring the highest level of customer service and communication is our priority, which is why we kindly ask you to complete the survey upon receiving it. This will enable us to better understand your needs and fulfill orders in accordance with all requirements.
