What is CLOUDFLOW®?
CLOUDFLOW® is a modular platform for asset management, production file processing, soft proofing and process automation.
More, better, shorter
Thanks to the implementation of CLOUDFLOW®, work with order, acceptance and prepress processes will be fully automated. And the work with PDF files, preview of color separation, trapping, rastering or proofing will be carried out by automated processes in the cloud. This allows you to keep access to information about the order 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
The current implementation is the next step in the long process. After successfully implementing PACKZ into the prepress process and the RIPStandalone module, we continue to work on development and full automation.
A tailor-made solution
The implementation of the system was preceded by an audit. Thanks to its modularity and full configurability, CLOUDFLOW® has been adapted to our needs, technological processes and our specific work.
So far we have implemented innovations in processes including the construction of packaging, preparation of one-ups and creating impositions, as well as the transfer of ready-made printing forms.
The next stage is full synchronization with the MIS (Management Information System), automation of preflight and generation of a file for approval, and improvement in communication and resource management.

Automation + Communication = Innovation
Fully automated preflight, no file conversion, automatic trapping with PACKZ, while shortening the approval process in Proofscope and the client panel, and optimal use of resources thanks to the entire workflow, allows for maximum efficiency.
What does this mean for our clients?
Implementation of clients to the CLOUDFLOW® system will start parameterization and systematization of expectations. Work will start in the first quarter of 2023. The next step will be the submission of works for approval in Proofscope – a significant change for clients will be the acceptance of files via the platform, in the cloud, and not via e-mail as before.
Proofscope is a powerful file analysis tool. Customers will be able to preview the graphics and check its parameters, such as the separations used, do the necessary measurements or check the value and parameters of barcodes. Also in Proofscope, the client will be able to accept or make corrections and reject the file. Our DTP Studio will receive information about it directly. In this way, we will avoid numerous exchanges of e-mails or omitting a change that is important for the project.
An important stage will be the implementation of the Customer Panel, in which the customer will control the process of accepting works for printing on an ongoing basis. Thanks to the Customer Panel, the layout approval path will be shortened to a minimum.
CDP – an important step for CLOUDFLOW® implementation!
According to the schedule, in February you will receive a Customer Data Survey from us. Completing it will allow us to guarantee the highest level of cooperation. All data will go to the CDP, i.e. the Customer Data Platform. It is a knowledge base about the client, contact persons, accounting requirements, products that are ordered, production specifications, certificates needed from the Quality Assurance and Control Department and logistics aspects.
