Reinforcements in the Preston Packaging Team
We aim to ensure better delivery times and efficient service. Due to the increasing number of orders (which makes us very happy), we have decided to strengthen our team to better meet market demands.
Recently, several new members have joined our team. These changes are intended to further improve our processes and increase customer satisfaction. We have hired additional staff in the production area. The new employees will help us meet the growing demand for our products. However, recruiting qualified individuals is a significant challenge.
Karolina has joined our team as an Assistant Technologist/Planner. Her work will be crucial for optimizing production processes and planning, allowing us to better manage resources and work schedules.
The graphic studio has also gained a new member – we have hired Mikołaj, who will strive to prepare files for production even faster and more efficiently.
We have also strengthened the Calculation Department. Maja has joined the team and is learning to prepare customer quotes, enabling our Sales and Customer Service departments to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible.
Our priority is not only the growth of the company but also ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our work. With the new team members and investments in key areas, we are confident that our processes will become even smoother, and our customers even more satisfied. This is very important to us.
