We want our response to your needs to be immediate. This applies both to the preparation of quotations, offers, submission of confirmation of completion dates (PPZ) and invoicing of shipped products. We want the information you need to be at your fingertips.
One of the major changes that took place at the beginning of this year was a change in the invoicing system. Probably some of you noticed a complete change in the graphic layout of the accounting documents. This situation results from the fact that two separate IT platforms which we have been using so far have been replaced by one. This allows us to save time and speed up the process of issuing invoices, which at the moment is mostly automated.
We are aware of the fact that you will be increasingly confronted with the changes taking place in cooperation with us. We would gladly appreciate it if you could honestly share with us your impressions of the innovations that have been implemented. We want our customers to treat the changes as a factor that positively contributes to the cooperation with our company. The so-called Customer Experience is our first priority.
